Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)
·         Candidate must be motivated, willing to learn and goal orientated
·         Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
·         Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports
·         Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
·         Protect organization?s values by keeping information confidential
·         Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments or adjustments
·         Process vehicle registrations, track vehicle mileage, repairs and gasoline bills
·         Strong interpersonal skills required
·         Must possess skills necessary for decision making and customer retention
·         Must be able to effectively communicate verbally, written, face-to-face and over the phone with customers and co-workers
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Constantly update job knowledge
